The incumbent will work under the direction of the VP of Professional Standards & Assessment. Foremost among the duties is to work with individual jurisdictions to promote and establish regulations that are uniform and work toward the FSBPT mission: protection of the public.

Position Requirements:
Education:	Must be a currently licensed physical therapist.
Experience:	Minimum of five full-time years’ physical therapy experience. Experience with state licensure and regulation preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:	Knowledge of principles, ethics and practice of Physical Therapy Comprehensive knowledge of existing Physical Therapy Regulatory Standards Ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage work assignments Ability to manage projects Ability to work well under pressure Possess excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively work with a variety of people and personalities Good public speaking skills – able to make effective presentations to varied audiences Team player; able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders with differing opinions and perspectives; able to work with other FSBPT Directors in designing and implementing shared projects Computer literate
