Individual Score Report

Request a Personal Copy of Your Score

You can request a copy of your examination score for personal records directly from FSBPT. An Individual Score Report does not indicate licensure status. Licensure status can only be obtained from the jurisdiction licensing authority.

Please note: FSBPT provides a free score report to candidates ten business days after each exam administration. To view and download the free report, go to your Customer Dashboard. The free report will remain viewable for thirty days.

Pricing

Individual Score Report: $90.00. Please note that a 1.6% processing fee, rounded up to the nearest dollar, will apply.

What to Expect

Upon completion of an online request and payment in full, Individual Score Reports will be available for viewing in the Reports section of your Customer Dashboard.

Precautions

You must have already tested to receive an Individual Score Report. Individual Score Reports cannot be purchased for an exam until the scores for that exam are released. For the NPTE^®, scores are released five business days after each administration. For more information on dates and deadlines please go to NPTE Dates & Deadlines.

An Individual Score Report is NOT a Score Transfer.

An Individual Score Report is NOT a Performance Feedback Report.

Refunds will not be given after a request for an Individual Score Report has been processed.

Next Steps

Normally, reports will be available for viewing online immediately after a completed request and payment.

If you have not been able to view your report online within twenty-four (24) hours, please contact FSBPT at (703) 739-9420 and select Option 1.
